Meet Our Research Mentors
How the Research Mentorship Works
Step 1
Apply & Get Matched
Once a student applies, we review their academic background and interests.
Based on this, the student is matched with a PhD-level mentor who has expertise in the chosen research area. This ensures personalized and relevant guidance from the start.
Step 2
Define a Research Question
With mentor support, students learn how to:
-
Identify a strong area of interest
-
Narrow it into a focused, original research question
-
Understand what makes a research question academically meaningful
This step lays the foundation for high-quality research.
Step 3
Conduct Guided Research
Students participate in weekly group sessions and individual mentorship where they:
-
Learn research methods and frameworks
-
Analyze data, literature, or case studies
-
Receive continuous feedback and direction
Mentors guide students at every stage so they never feel lost or overwhelmed.
Step 4
Final Research Output
By the end of the program, each student completes a polished, independent research project, which may include:
-
A structured research paper
-
Findings and analysis
-
Clear conclusions and insights
This is original work, not a template or pre-designed project.
Step 5
College Positioning Support
Students are guided on how to:
-
Present their research in college applications
-
Reference it in essays and resumes
-
Confidently discuss it during interviews
This step ensures the research directly strengthens the student’s college profile.
